AV Ballots will be available to Meridian Township voters beginning June 23. After this date, residents may only register to vote in person with proof of residency at the Township Clerk’s Office through 8:00 pm on August 2 (Election Day). The last day to register to vote in any manner other than in person at the Township Clerk’s Office is July 18 for the Primary Election. All registrants must be 18 years of age or older, a United States citizen, a resident of Michigan and a resident of Meridian Township when they vote. Eligible residents may also register at a Secretary of State Branch Office, the Ingham County Clerk’s Office or at any state agency that provides public assistance or services to people with disabilities. Register online at the Secretary of State’s Michigan Voter Information Center (MVIC) at -Register by mail or in person at the Township Clerk’s Office at 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos. The Meridian Township Clerk’s Office provides the following important dates and information for voters to prepare for Election Day. Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
